The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our Christmas stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel's location was perfect for us. It was just a short walk to the city center, but still in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel had a lovely pool, which was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring.
The WiFi in our room on the second floor wasn't the best. We found it worked better in the common areas of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a calm street, just 5 minutes away from Pub Street and the old market. Despite being close to these bustling areas, it is situated in a quiet area, which ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, paying attention to every detail. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and the mattresses are very comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. I particularly loved the bathtub in the bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Moreover, breakfast is served promptly within 10 minutes after ordering, offering a variety of options including delicious homemade bread.
All was more than satisfactory; no improvements needed.

The hotel provides free airport shuttle and breakfast which were great. It is located within walking distance to the business district and close to several restaurants which is very convenient. The room service was quick and efficient.
There were some small cleanliness issues in the bathroom. the room decor felt outdated and could benefit from some refreshing.

I have stayed in several 2 and 3 star hotels in Siem Reap, but this one really stood out. The price was incredibly affordable, especially considering the larger room I was given. The staff here were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The pool area was a real highlight, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day exploring the temples. The location of this hotel was ideal for me, away from the busy touristy area but still close to everything I wanted to see and do. I particularly enjoyed being able to attend yoga classes, get a massage, and easily hire a bike nearby. the value for money here was exceptional and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Siem Reap.
No major issues, everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel, close enough to walk to the center and with great restaurants nearby. the service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to help us. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with great amenities. the breakfast was impressive and delicious. the location was perfect with a beautiful view of the river.
The pool area was small and non-residents were using most of the sun loungers, making it difficult to have a spot to relax.

The pool is super fun and refreshing, and I loved playing board games available in the pool area. This hotel is within walking distance of Pub Street and all the great restaurants.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel had a great value for money. the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout the stay. They were very charming and competent. the room was very clean and comfortable, and it even had dark-out curtains. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. the hotel offered complimentary use of the swimming pool and kettle in the room.
We had a little trouble figuring out how to work the AC, but it was probably our fault for not asking the staff for help. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this affordable lodging to anyone visiting this city.

The pool and deck chairs were a great way to relax and soak up the sun. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and answer any questions we had. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to popular tourist attractions and with easy access to transportation. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with a kettle, which was a convenient amenity.
That the shower outlet was mounted too low, causing water to flood the bathroom if not careful. Another issue was the lack of a shower curtain, which made it challenging to keep the water contained.
